Compliance Reporting

We can help with various State and Federal healthcare reporting as well as other institutional financial requirements.

HUD Reporting:

HUD financing is becoming more common in the healthcare industry.  HUD can generally offer lower fixed interest rates over a longer period of time than any commercial lender.  However, financing with HUD requires the submission of quarterly and annual reporting.

The James Group Consulting can file the quarterly reports to your lender as required, as well as submit your annual audit through the REAC system.  We are also able to assist with Replacement Reserve release requests and can be a valuable resource to answer your questions regarding your HUD loan.

Covenant Reporting:

The James Group Consulting can assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements as disclosed by your lender.  This includes quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as pre-distribution and post-distribution covenant requirements as set forth in your loan.

NF-1 Reporting (State of NJ):

In lieu of Medicaid cost reporting, the State of NJ currently requires all Skilled Nursing Facilities and Special Care Needs Facilities file a report stating your quarterly financial and census data.

The James Group Consulting can compile and submit this information on your behalf.

Provider Tax Submission:

Currently, many states use provider taxes to finance a portion of their state share of Medicaid expenditures.  As a result, nursing facilities must submit a quarterly return paying the imposed tax.

The James Group Consulting can file your quarterly provider tax submission using your census and revenue data, as requested in the filing.

Cost Reports:

The James Group Consulting can file your annual Medicare Cost Report ensuring accurate reporting and maximum co-insurance bad debt reimbursement.

Additionally, if you need assistance with your bad debt logs, we are a valuable resource to guide you in the proper documentation for maximum reimbursement.
